Shrutie is currently the Principal of Wadiyar Centre of Architecture, Mysore India where she also teaches. Her practice involves designing environments and teaching Architecture – Design. With a graduate degree in architecture from APIED and a postgraduate degrees in Industrial Design – Furniture from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad she founded Vistas that concerns itself with relevant design and newer architectural meanings. In addition, she has taught at CEPT University at the Faculty of Design from 1991 to 2018. She has been a visiting critic at university in India and other International platforms. Awarded the FIBRA AWARD, France 2021 for Pedagogical project she hopes it impacts architecture education through her teaching.
